Food n Groove Fridays brings Hervey Bay's Friday afternoon to life with a lively mix of food trucks, market stalls, live music and a fully licensed bar - all in the open air at Seafront Oval in Pialba. Running across October, it's the kind of event that turns the end of the working week into a proper community celebration: BYO chairs and picnic blankets, find a spot on the grass, and settle in for an evening of great eats and groovy beats. The series also visits Maryborough, making it a fixture across the Fraser Coast through the spring-to-summer warm-up season. Vendor and food truck applications are handled via the Facebook page, where set times, locations and music line-ups are also posted ahead of each date.
