About this market

Held every Sunday morning on the grounds of Shalom College, this long-running Bundaberg favourite brings together local farmers, makers, food vendors and second-hand treasure hunters under one roof - or rather, across a sprawling outdoor campus just 3 km east of the airport. The stallholder mix is broad and genuinely community-rooted: Bundaberg growers sell fresh and organic fruit and vegetables alongside plant nurseries, orchid specialists and seedling stalls, while crafters, jewellers, clothing vendors and bric-a-brac sellers fill out the rest of the grounds. Families are well catered for with face painting for kids, toys and games, and a BBQ selling steak and bacon burgers plus sausage sandwiches. A freshly made barista coffee from the canteen, donuts, slushies and cold drinks round out the food offering, making this an easy morning out for the whole family.

New stallholders are always welcome - contact Peter Barone directly to secure a spot.
