This Privacy Policy explains how NARADOO, JEERISH (ABN 82 513 864 085), trading as MarketsGuide if and when a trading name is adopted, collects, holds, uses, and discloses personal information when you use MarketsGuide, including the website https://www.marketsguide.com.au, related subdomains, organiser tools, account features, and related services.
We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

The personal information we collect depends on how you use the Service.
Information collected when you browse the site
When you visit MarketsGuide, we may collect technical and usage information such as:

- technical logs related to account actions, saves, uploads, and system errors
Information collected through surveys or forms
If you complete a survey or form we provide, including a vendor interest survey hosted through Tally, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including contact details if you opt in.
Information collected from public sources
We may compile market listing information from publicly available sources. That may include publicly displayed organiser contact or market information published on websites, directories, or public social media pages.
Sensitive information
We do not generally seek to collect sensitive information. Please do not provide sensitive information through the Service unless it is reasonably necessary and you choose to provide it.
2. How We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information:
- directly from you when you create an account, sign in, contact us, claim a listing, update a listing, or complete a form
- automatically through your use of the Service, including through cookies and analytics tools
- from third-party login providers, such as Google, where you choose to sign in that way
- from publicly available sources where we compile market listing information
- from service providers who help us operate the Service
Where practical, we collect personal information directly from you.
3. Why We Collect, Hold, Use, and Disclose Personal Information
We collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information for purposes including:
- operating and maintaining the MarketsGuide directory
- creating and managing user accounts
- enabling favourites, follows, and notification features
- enabling organisers to claim and manage listings
- sending service-related emails and notices
- improving site functionality, content, and user experience
- understanding how the Service is used through analytics
- responding to support requests and enquiries
- protecting the security and integrity of the Service
- complying with legal obligations
- investigating suspected misuse, fraud, or breaches of our terms
If we later offer newsletters, product updates, or promotional communications, we may use contact details for those purposes where permitted by law. You will be able to opt out of marketing communications. Operational or service-related messages may still be sent where necessary.

Based on our current service setup, this may include providers such as Supabase, Google, Google Analytics, Postmark, Tally, Stripe if enabled, Vercel, Cloudflare, and similar service providers used to operate the Service.
Where an organiser claims and manages a listing, we may make available to that organiser the information reasonably necessary to manage that listing and related functionality.
6. Overseas Disclosure and Overseas Processing
Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia.
Based on our current setup, this may include:
- Japan, including where account and application data is hosted or processed through Supabase infrastructure configured in the Tokyo region
- other countries in which our service providers, sub-processors, infrastructure providers, or support operations are located
Because internet and cloud services may involve storage, processing, support, redundancy, or sub-processing across multiple jurisdictions, we cannot guarantee that all handling will occur only in Australia.
Where we disclose personal information to overseas service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle personal information appropriately in line with applicable privacy obligations.
7. How We Hold and Protect Personal Information
We hold personal information in electronic systems and with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These steps may include access controls, authentication controls, managed hosting, and secure service providers.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authority, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
