Buninyong Village Market

Set in the grounds of the historic Buninyong Town Hall Precinct, Buninyong Village Market is a curated community gathering that runs on the fifth Saturday of each month from 1pm to 5pm. The market draws together local artisans, food producers, small-batch makers, and independent businesses from the Ballarat region, offering a relaxed afternoon of browsing across both indoor and outdoor stall sites. Expect handmade jewellery, ceramics, upcycled goods, watercolour art, children's clothing, artisan preserves, honey, spirits, gelato, gourmet seafood, and a spread of sweet treats - all with the warmth of a village event where you can actually meet the people behind the products. Live music and family entertainment add to the unhurried atmosphere, making it a natural day out for locals and visitors wanting a slower, more connected market experience than the big city alternatives. A special Christmas edition runs on the first Saturday of December each year as an outdoor-only event.
