How do I book a casual stall?
Apply via the LocalStalls platform linked on the market website. Submitting does not guarantee a spot - confirmation is only sent in the week of the market. Casual sites cost $50, charged only once confirmed.
Where do stallholders enter?
Access is via Watson Street, next to the CFA station. Enter from the Northern Highway end. Please do not queue on Watson Street before gates open - if you arrive early, drive around the block.
Is power available for stalls?
No power is supplied on-site. Generators may be used only with prior approval from staff. Stallholders must bring their own marquee, tables, chairs and bins.
Do food stalls need a permit?
Yes. All food traders must comply with the Food Act 1984 and hold a current FoodTrader permit issued by Mitchell Shire Council. Documents must be uploaded to LocalStalls at least 7 days before the market.
Are pets allowed at the market?
Pets are not permitted on the market grounds under any circumstances - this applies to both stallholders and visitors.
