Subi Farmers Market

Subi Farmers Market has been a Saturday morning fixture since 2009, making it one of the oldest and original farmers markets in Western Australia. It sets up in the grounds of Subiaco Primary School and brings WA farmers, growers and producers together with locals catching up over breakfast or brunch while entertainers play and kids roam. The stall mix covers fruit and vegetables, meat, seafood, eggs, milk, flowers, baked goods and coffee, with names like Spring Valley Orchard, Laterite Ridge Eggs and The Woodfired Baker among the regulars. The market is run by an independent not-for-profit committee, and every dollar of profit goes back to the school that has hosted it from the start, so a weekly shop here feels genuinely community-minded.
