About this market
Shop & Feast Markets is a free monthly community market presented by Hunter Events Group, held on the first Saturday of every month at Morisset Showground on the shores of Lake Macquarie. The market brings together a vibrant mix of street food vendors, market stalls selling everything from potted plants and homemade candles to baby accessories and unique gifts, alongside non-alcoholic drinks vendors and plenty of room to relax in nearby picnic areas. It's a genuinely family-oriented outing - musicians play throughout the morning, kids' entertainment including face painting keeps little ones happy, and dogs on leads are warmly welcomed. Public transport links and free parking make it easy to get there from across the Lake Mac region.

Yes - there is plenty of free car parking in and around the Showground. Enter via the main entrance on Ourimbah Street, Morisset.

No. Shop & Feast Markets is an alcohol-free event. Alcoholic beverages are not available for purchase and may not be brought onto the site.
Is smoking allowed at the Showground?
The Showground is a non-smoking venue, though you are welcome to leave and re-enter the event area.
How do I apply to become a vendor or stallholder?
Applications are open via the Get Involved page on the website. You pay your first market upfront and are invoiced monthly thereafter. If your category is full, you will be notified and refunded within 5-10 business days. Email enquiries@huntereventsgroup.com.au with any questions.
