Shire Farmers Market is the Sutherland Shire's only dedicated food and produce market, running every Saturday morning in the Flora Street carpark directly behind the Sutherland Entertainment Centre. Focused squarely on fresh, seasonal Australian farm produce brought direct from growers to the community, it's a weekly ritual for Shire locals who value knowing where their food comes from. After browsing the stalls - most of which are regulars you'll see week to week - you can settle in with a freshly made coffee at the adjoining Peace Park, a quietly beautiful green space that gives the market its unhurried neighbourhood feel.
