With over 600 traders across specialty sheds including the historic Meat & Fish Hall, Deli Hall, Fruit & Vegetable sheds, and open-air stalls, QVM offers the freshest farm produce, premium meats and seafood, artisan delicatessen goods, specialty foods, handcrafted products, fashion, homewares, gifts and souvenirs. The market operates Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with general trading 6am-3pm weekdays and until 4pm Saturday, 9am-4pm Sunday. Specialty shopping opens 9am daily. The famous Summer Night Market runs Wednesday 5pm-10pm (Nov-Mar) featuring street food, live entertainment and handmade shopping. Shop sustainable with market-wide ban on single-use plastic bags.
