About this market

Held every Saturday morning on the Apollo Bay foreshore, this long-running community institution brings together local growers, artisans, and food producers in one of Victoria's most scenic coastal settings. Every stall must source or make within 40 km of the bay - no middle-men, no on-sellers - so what you find here is genuinely seasonal and genuinely local. The Otways' fertile hinterland shows up in the produce: organic fruit and vegetables, berries, free-range eggs, grass-fed meat, truffles, honey, home-made preserves, freshly baked treats, and locally pressed ciders. Beyond the edibles, talented makers bring hand-crafted ceramics, jewellery, clothing, photography, soaps, and skin care. A locally roasted coffee in hand while you shop the harbour-front is hard to beat anywhere on the Great Ocean Road.
