Umina Beach Markets

Umina Beach Markets is a well-established monthly community market held along Sydney Avenue on the Umina beachside strip, operated by local event creator Ricky Simoes of Umbala Events. What began in December 2015 with 60 stallholders has grown into a 100-stall event with over 100 successful editions - a genuine neighbourhood fixture that draws both locals and visitors to the Central Coast's Jutting Peninsula.

The stall mix is deliberately diverse and ever-changing: expect handmade jewellery, tie-dye fashion, local artisan homewares, ceramics, macrame, resin art, and succulents alongside a lively food precinct featuring international street food, a local baker, Hunter Valley wine, Central Coast gin, soft-serve ice cream, gluten-free baked goods, and vegan Thai and Vietnamese options. Casual and new stallholders join the regulars each month, so no two visits are quite the same. The market is family and pet friendly, with face painting on site for the little ones.
