About this market

The Rockingham Rotary Sunday Market is a long-running weekly community market held at the Kent Street Car Park, tucked behind the Rockingham Dome and Gary Holland Centre. Run entirely by volunteers from the Rotary Club of Rockingham, every dollar raised goes back into local community projects - making a browse here feel genuinely purposeful. Stalls span a broad mix: handmade goods, arts and crafts, new and pre-loved items, books, honey, spices, jams and plants, with a sausage sizzle BBQ trailer, coffee and ice-cream to fuel your Sunday morning. The market fills both a car park bay area and an open grassed zone, creating a relaxed, spread-out atmosphere suited to early risers and families alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the market?

Every Sunday at Kent Street Car Park, behind Rockingham Dome and Gary Holland Centre — a short walk from Rockingham Beach foreshore.

How do I book a stall?

All bookings are made online via ozeemarkets.com.au - register as a stallholder, login, book your bay, upload your insurance if applicable and pay. For enquiries contact Michele on 0481 126 243 (text preferred) or email rockinghamrotaryclub@gmail.com.

What does a stall bay cost?

Bays are $17.50 each, including public liability insurance. If you have your own insurance and have uploaded it to Ozee Markets, a $5 rebate applies. Car park bays are 2.4m x 5.6m; grassed area bays operate on a first-come, first-served basis and fees are collected on the day between 8:30am and 10:30am.

Can I sell food or produce?

Yes, but food stallholders (fruit, veg, honey, eggs, cooked items) must first obtain a Rockingham City Council approved kitchen certificate and a market stallholder's permit from the City of Rockingham before contacting the market. All food must comply with WA Health Department requirements.

Does the market run in bad weather?

The market runs every Sunday, but Rotarians on duty reserve the right to cancel under severe inclement weather conditions. If cancelled, stallholders receive a credit for that day. Late-notice closures are announced via the website and social channels.

Are dogs allowed?

The terms and conditions do not explicitly permit or prohibit dogs. Check with the market prior to attending with a pet.
