    About this market

Set in leafy Richmond Park at the corner of Windsor and March Streets, Richmond Good Food Market is the Hawkesbury region's weekly gathering place for local growers, bakers, food producers and artisan makers. The market champions a short paddock-to-plate philosophy - preference is given to vendors sourcing or producing within roughly 100 km of the Hawkesbury, so what you find here genuinely reflects the region's seasonal bounty rather than a generic stall lineup.

The atmosphere is relaxed and community-centred: families stroll through with dogs on leads, cyclists lock up and linger over coffee, and neighbours catch up alongside stalls selling everything from award-winning smallgoods and freshly rolled gozleme to organic produce, artisan bagels and handcrafted goods. Because it runs rain or shine, the crowd is consistent week to week, and the vendor mix - spanning deli, bakery, fruit and veg, honey, plants, health and beauty, and more - gives it the feel of a true local institution rather than a pop-up.
