GC, an operator with over two decades of farmers' market experience. Between 75 and 80 stallholders show up each week, bringing an impressive spread of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, seafood, dairy, artisan breads, fresh pasta, smallgoods, baked goods, and health foods sourced from South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Many stallholders are certified organic, biodynamic or spray-free producers, and there is always a strong selection of vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options. The market runs every Saturday rain, hail or shine, buzzing with colour, local music, and a community feel that makes the early start worthwhile.
