One Planet Market

One Planet Market is a grassroots monthly gathering run by Sustainable Communities SA at the Payneham Community Centre, bringing together neighbours, growers and makers around a shared commitment to local production and sustainability. The market welcomes people to sell, buy or swap garden produce, homemade food and secondhand goods in a relaxed, community-first atmosphere. Beyond the stalls, each market hosts Repair Cafe Payneham (from 9:30 am), an Urban Orchard Swap and Share, LETS (Local Exchange Trading System) member stalls, a FreeCycle area, live music, and free practical workshops at 10:30 am - making it as much a community learning space as a market. It is a friendly entry point for anyone curious about urban sustainability, whether as a visitor, stallholder, volunteer or workshop presenter.
