About this market
Held on the third Saturday of each month, the Newington Pop Up Markets bring a curated mix of local makers, creators and small businesses to the forecourt of Newington Marketplace - a neighbourhood shopping centre with a unique Olympic legacy. The surrounding suburb was purpose-built as the Athletes' Village for the Sydney 2000 Games, giving this relaxed community market a setting unlike any other in Western Sydney. Expect handcrafted goods, unique gifts and delicious treats in a neighbourhood atmosphere that suits browsers of all ages.
Newington Marketplace itself offers over 180 car parking spaces with free parking for the first two hours, and is served by bus routes 525 and 526 running every 15 minutes - making it easy to get to whether you're driving or catching public transport.
