Held on the first Sunday of each month at the picturesque Hall Village Showground, Hartley Hall Markets is one of Australia's largest markets specializing in home-made and home-grown goods. Operating since 1987 with some original stallholders still going strong, this historic market has grown from 36 stalls to become a beloved family tradition attracting thousands. The rural-themed market features fresh produce, baked goods, plants, furniture, clothing, pottery, jewelry, children's toys, crafts, and unique gifts in a friendly country atmosphere. Located just 10 kilometers north of Canberra, the market includes barbecues, canteens, live music and entertainment, making each visit a fun family day out. Entry is by gold coin donation supporting Hartley Lifecare's disability programs and services.
