About this market
Grow the Future Farm Gate Market is a weekly farm gate stall run by Grow the Future, a Far South Coast social enterprise that trains and employs young people through hands-on growing and land regeneration. Every Tuesday afternoon, produce grown on-site at the Auckland Street farm - vegetables, herbs and eggs, all raised without chemicals - is sold directly to the Bega community at the farm gate. It is one of the few places in the valley where you can buy genuinely local, sustainably grown food and meet the young people who grew it. Purchasing here directly supports training and employment pathways for young people in the Bega Valley.
